These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals who apply for or work with Nitinmedia as part-time Reel editors/content workers. By accepting the position, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

07. No Ghosting

Editors must not suddenly disappear without communication. Repeatedly ignoring messages or abandoning assigned work without explanation may be treated as a serious violation of the working arrangement.

08. Two-Day Notice Before Leaving

48-Hour Notice Required If an editor wants to leave the position, stop working, or take an extended break, they must inform Nitinmedia at least 2 days in advance.

This allows Nitinmedia reasonable time to organize the workload and arrange a replacement.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in consequences under the agreed working arrangement, subject to applicable law.

09. Emergency Situations

If an unexpected emergency prevents the editor from working, they must inform Nitinmedia as soon as reasonably possible.

The two-day notice requirement does not prevent someone from communicating an unavoidable emergency.

10. Strict Confidentiality

All Nitinmedia internal information must remain confidential.

This includes:

The editor must not share, disclose, publish, sell, copy, or distribute this information to anyone outside the authorized Nitinmedia team.

11. Confidentiality After Leaving

Confidentiality obligations continue after an editor stops working with Nitinmedia.

Leaving the position does not give the editor permission to share or distribute Nitinmedia's confidential information.

12. No Unauthorized Use of Materials

Nitinmedia's templates, prompts, documents, workflows, watermarks, and other internal materials may only be used for authorized Nitinmedia work.

Editors must not publicly disclose or discuss confidential information about Nitinmedia's pages, management, content strategy, performance, operations, or future plans.

Editors must follow the approved workflow.

They must not change:

Changes may only be made with approval from Nitinmedia.

17. Professional Communication

Editors are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully with the Nitinmedia team.

Threatening, abusive, harassing, or intentionally disruptive behavior is not acceptable.

18. Work Ownership & Usage

Work created specifically for Nitinmedia as part of the agreed working arrangement may be used by Nitinmedia for its content operations.

Specific ownership or intellectual-property arrangements may be separately agreed where necessary.

19. Platform Rules

Editors must follow the applicable rules and terms of the platforms and software they use while performing their work.

Nitinmedia does not authorize editors to engage in illegal activity, unauthorized account access, or attempts to bypass platform security.

21. Additional Pages & Workload

Nitinmedia currently manages multiple content pages.

If additional pages or substantially more responsibilities are added in the future, the workload and compensation may be reviewed and increased where appropriate.

22. Performance Rewards

Editors who demonstrate exceptional:

may receive additional financial rewards, bonuses, or other benefits at Nitinmedia's discretion.

Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on performance.

23. Returning or Deleting Company Materials

When an editor leaves Nitinmedia, they must stop using Nitinmedia's internal materials.

Where reasonably requested, the editor must return or delete copies of confidential documents, templates, prompts, files, or other internal materials.

24. Termination

Nitinmedia may end the working arrangement for reasons including:

Any termination and payment consequences will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

25. Changes to the Workflow

Nitinmedia may reasonably update its workflow, templates, instructions, or operational requirements when necessary.

If a change substantially increases the workload or responsibilities, the parties may discuss the updated arrangement and compensation.

26. No Guarantee of Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, employment, or payment.

Nitinmedia may accept or reject applications based on its requirements and evaluation process.

27. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the position and beginning work with Nitinmedia, the editor confirms that they:
